But as you well know from your time spent at Kibbutz Yahel some thirty years ago, there are fields of endeavor, agriculture, dairy farming, and animal husbandry, for example, that cannot wait for the end of Shabbat. How does one deal Jewishly with these issues? Shabbos Goy? "Time-separated" mitzvot? Technological bypass solutions? Or maybe it means that Jews can't be dairy farmers?
